Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Farragut

Love that I moved to the area from Idaho and PrimeIV is here too. This facility is the best—I’ve been to several. Not only is it spacious and clean, the separate room with the massage chairs is great. They get a little busy sometimes and fully booked some days, but they’ll schedule me at the other Knoxville location if I need to get in that day. Last but not least, the friendly staff are so wonderful to interact with every time.

I really liked Hillary. I tend to be a bit puny when it comes to needles, so was pleased when all went well. The massage chair adds a nice distraction and this plus the peaceful dimmed room elevates the experience from medical (clean and sterile) into spa. Most importantly for me however, I felt almost immediate results with a throbbing wound that had me questioning an infection. The pressure and hotness was relieved and the week old wound finally healed! A happy side effect- my fine hair also had a lot of body days to follow

What a relaxing and awesome experience! I have had infusions several times here at this location, it has always been great! Today, Hillary was my nurse doing all the preliminary and I.V. Set up. She was so patient and helpful, and kind! Hillary was very knowledgeable about the products and did a great job! Oh, and there was zero pain! Thank you Hillary, for having that wonderful nurse heart. ❤️

Chandler and Chris were amazing today. I have had one other experience at Prime IV (a different location) which was also great about 5 years ago. They are very attentive and answer ALL your questions with kindness and patience.

Such an amazing experience! Kasey and Shelia were such kind, knowledgeable and professional nurses, they helped me understand everything my body needed to be at its best. They have such a sweet staff down to the receptionist lyric 1000/10 recommend.
