My first Visit and Couldn't be happier by being made feel comfortable in discussing my weight loss and general conversation with Loren. I Already ❤️ love this place.

For cost and convenience, this place is great! I did have 1 issue with having been given the wrong dosage by an MA there, making me sick, who within 30 seconds could not recall my telling her to keep me at the lower dosage. The physician, however, was empathetic and offered a discount for my next visit, and to pay for Zolfran she sent a prescription for to my pharmacy.

So friendly, sweet, and caring! I’m down 40 pounds in 2 months!! They have been so encouraging and helpful!! This place is by far my favorite place when it comes to weight loss!! They love our success just as much as we do!

Down 50 lbs since March 2025. Always got me in and out within about 5-10 minutes. Nice ladies.

After having a bad experience with another weight loss clinic in Knoxville, this place totally amazed me with their spectacular service. The ladies working here are professional, friendly, and very helpful. Going to a weight-loss clinic can be very overwhelming, but there is definitely a no judgment zone feeling here. I did have to schedule appointment because I was a new patient but they are very mindful of their customers time. And their prices are also competitive as well. They have definitely gained a new customer and I would definitely recommend them.
