From the first time I walked in the building I instantly felt welcomed. I love going here. The staff is wonderful and positive. Even if you think you did bad on your weight loss they make you feel better and never feel judged. I love this place. Everyone should go if you want a positive weight loss journey

My names Whitney I have been going here for about a year and a half now I started going right after they opened and it has changed my life for the better when I walked in there. I was 318 pounds walking with a walker and could barely breathe my blood pressure was 200 and something over 160 fast-forward to now I’m down to 211. My blood pressure is stabilized. I no longer need my walker and I can actually breathe a lot better thank God for the wonderful women that run this place.
