Restorative Bodywork by Shannon

I have been seeing Shannon monthly for the last 3 years. As someone who weight trains regularly, it's so important to me that my massage therapist understands athletes and that's why I will always go to her. Shannon LOVES her job and is constantly pursuing further education on all types of massage therapy methods. You won't find a better or more passionate therapist in the area.

Shannon is the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen. I can’t recommend her enough! I started seeing her 2.5 years ago and she has worked wonders on my body. The best part is that she listens to you and your body. Her experience and training is top of the line, bringing more than just massage therapy to her clients! Massage therapy, cupping, scraping, lymphatic draining massage, stretching, you name it she does it all, and is FANTASTIC! Definitely the best in Knoxville! Go see her!

Shannon is actually magic ✨ I had been having neck pain for about a week from a particularly intense roller derby practice. I had tried to stretch and work it out on my own without success. Shannon literally fixed it in 30 minutes! I am so grateful for her because I traveled from NC to Knoxville for a derby bout and she was able to fit me into the schedule last minute. I was able to play derby without neck pain and I'm even still feeling great after the bout! Thank you Shannon 🧡

I have seen Shannon multiple times for a relaxation massage, and it’s so amazing I never even think about going anywhere else! She is so sweet and really knows what she’s doing. I feel like a new person every time I leave after one of her massages! I am so grateful to have found her.
