The Glowing Body Yoga & Healing Arts

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to bring myself and 11 other Bangs & Blush artists to Glowing Body for a private group sound bath led by Derek. The experience was absolutely incredible! The studio space was clean, beautiful, and welcoming, and the overall energy of the space immediately set a peaceful and grounding tone. Derek was a phenomenal sound practitioner — his guidance created such a calming and restorative atmosphere. I would highly recommend booking a private group sound bath at Glowing Body with Derek if you’re looking for a truly unique and transformative experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I chose a 10 because this massage was truly exceptional from start to finish. Cecil was professional, attentive, and incredibly intuitive to what my body needed without me having to over-explain. Every technique felt intentional, therapeutic, and deeply relaxing. I walked in carrying tension and stress, and I left feeling lighter, restored, and genuinely cared for.

Just did my first Power Flow yoga class here and it was great--moderately challenging and interesting. I appreciated how Emily, the instructor, demonstrated all the movements and gave a lot of verbal cueing. The space is really beautiful, especially the natural sunlight in the classroom. They have a lot of stuff going on here with different healing modalities. The five-class intro package is a great deal for $50. I look forward to coming back!

I absolutely love Jaymes facials. She is very intuitive and detailed in her work. I look forward to the relaxation that I experience everytime I go and the glow on my face that last for days!! She is amazing as well as the studio as a whole. I take advantage of their yoga classes and about to get a massage from one of their newer massage therapists Cecil!

Great ambiance, kind and professional, communicative, respectful, calm grounded masseuse, great technique, beautiful room and Eve with construction noise I was so in need of massage and she put me at ease to where I was not bothered!
