I had an outstanding experience with Ronnie Glenn at La Vita È Bella Spa in Knoxville. I booked a 90-minute session and originally scheduled a relaxing massage, but after noticing how much tension I was carrying, Ronnie suggested switching to deep tissue — and that was 100% the right call. I’ll admit, I was a bit hesitant. I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about deep tissue massages being painfully intense, but that was not my experience at all. Ronnie was absolutely doing the work, but it was controlled, intentional, and never uncomfortable. The balance he struck made all the difference. What really stood out was how intuitive and tailored the session felt. It wasn’t rushed or formulaic — it was thoughtful, skilled, and clearly focused on real results. I walked out feeling like a completely different person. I’m not someone who’s ever had a “regular” massage therapist — probably because I’ve never felt compelled to — but that changed after this session. Ronnie has officially earned a new regular client, and I’ll be recommending him without hesitation. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real results, not just a relaxing hour (although he's good for that relaxing hour too).

I had an amazing experience today! I came in with a lot of muscle tension and left feeling completely relieved and relaxed. The deep tissue massage and foot scrub with essential oils were incredible. He was very professional, attentive, and really knew how to work out the tension in my muscles. Highly recommend!

Ronnie is an excellent and highly professional massage therapist! He was able to work out all of my knots thoroughly. One thing I usually dislike about massages is when therapists skim over tight areas, but that was definitely not the case with Ronnie. He took the time to address every knot, and it made a huge difference!
