Longevity Massage Specialists Bearden Hill

I absolutely love Longevity! I have had wonderful experiences with the quality of their massages. Additionally the owner is very responsive! My father and I got my mom a gift card for her birthday for a massage here (her first professional massage). She was quite uneasy and did not know what to expect. Unfortunately her massage did not live up to the expectations and high standards that I have seen and had at Longevity in the past. However, within hours of reaching out to the business regarding her experience the owner himself contacted us and made it right. I really appreciated this and it made me feel even more comfortable and confident in continuing to come to Longevity because I feel that it shows that they truly care about the experience of their customers.

I’ve been searching for a massage place that I can commit to visiting once or twice a month, and based on the great things my girlfriends shared, I was really excited to try this place. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite meet those expectations. While the environment was pleasant and the staff was kind, the massage itself was disappointing. I requested medium pressure, however it didn’t feel like medium overall. The only real pressure that was applied seemed to be directly on my spine and lower back bone, which was actually painful rather than therapeutic. Outside of that, there didn’t seem to be much technique involved, and it felt more like general rubbing than intentional massage work from a trained masseuse. So I left with the same knots I came in with, as they were never really addressed or worked through. I left feeling a bit sad because I truly wanted to love this place, especially after hearing such great reviews. That said, I know everyone can have an off day, but as someone who needed to schedule childcare and make time for this the experience I had higher expectations.

I have been here several times and typically have a great experience (i recommend Longevity to everyone), but today I picked a new therapist and we did not vibe. I asked for medium pressure and the pressure was very intense and the motions/movements were painful & uncomfortable….i’m pretty sure I’m starting to feel bruising. She did not ever ask me how the pressure was. I should’ve spoken up, but i just kept thinking “maybe the next thing she does will feel better.” I found myself tensing up the whole time rather than relaxing. I won’t out this particular therapist by name as I have had great experiences here in the past with other therapists, but I do wish Longevity would consider sending out review questionnaires so we could give feedback on specific therapists.

Listen, whatever Nathan is getting paid, it should be more in my opinion. Absolutely phenomenal👌. That was THE best deep tissue massage for a knot in my trap muscle that I've ever had. Highly recommend, ten fold x 100. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Some massage therapists have inconsistent pressure, work everywhere except the specific knot/problem area, or just don't communicate well. Nathan executed it perfectly. For $55 for that deep tissue massage was 100000% worth it. I think it meant more for me because I've had the knot for almost a week a half, felt like batman having to turn my whole body around, can't sleep well with it, always uncomfortable, impacted my weight lifting, etc., and now I feel an unbelievable relief in just turning my head and being able to relax my shoulders.

Eric & Eunice provided a very relaxing couples massage today. The pressure was perfect. The only thing that disappointed was that it had to end. We will definitely be back to use them again!
