Caroline is wonderful! She is very knowledgable and has a very warm energy. I had a 1hr Ashiatsu massage and plan to go back. I've already booked a "Unclench" appointment to address my TMJ. Her studio is cute and relaxing too!

Caroline is excellent! She’s professional, personable, and has a passion for what she does. I signed up for an appointment not realizing it was an ashiatsu massage. I wasn’t so sure at first because of how intense the concept seemed, but after going to numerous appointments, I highly recommend Caroline! The bare foot pressure is much broader and gentler than standard massages I have had in the past, and Caroline is great at reading how much or how little pressure she should apply based on how your body is responding. If you’re lucky enough to find an open appointment, book it! You won’t regret it.

WOW! As a barefoot massage therapist myself, I’ve felt the good, the bad, and the incredible. Caroline delivers incredible and beyond. I needed a full body reset and in addition to being the relaxing mental reset I needed, she got into my hot zones with the most wonderful deep and myofascial pressure. Intentional, slow, artful, skilled…what more can I say? Check your calendar and get on her books, she is well worth the wait and a bargain at the experience she provides. Knoxville is blessed to have her.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! Caroline has a warm and welcoming space located in Renegade Yoga Center. I cannot say enough how beneficial the massage was, she is a phenomenal therapist! She is attentive and focused on results. I came in with hip issues and left feeling aligned. Body and Sole is now my go-to for massage therapy.
