I’ve been going to Brooke for over 7 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else for my injections. She’s truly an artist at what she does. She takes the time to get to know her patients and deliver the exact results you’re looking for. Not only is she a master of her craft, but she’s also incredibly friendly and caring, which makes every visit such a great experience. She’s absolutely amazing and simply the best! I’m constantly recommending her to everyone because her skill, care, and results are unmatched!

I was in town for work and was overdue for Dysport when I found Brooke through her impressive results on Instagram and made an appointment. I’ve had Dysport done regularly since my early 20s and her technique was shocking because I barely felt the injections at all! Why can’t Bentley medical be located in my city! What a treat, thank you!! I will be scheduling my next work trip to Knoxville around when I’m due for Dysport again lol! Oh and the office is stunning!

If I could give zero stars I would . I went in for sculptra injection in my butt to plump it up and make it fuller , I signed all the forms and I specifically asked Brooke if it would work with the 10 vials , she said it would and that I would see a difference but I may need more , I was good with that as long as I saw a difference, especially since I was spending over 6k . Come 4 months later , no difference so I go in hoping for some fairness and they try to talk me into more , why would I spend another 6 k on something that shows no results ,so I ask for all my pictures and a refund , I get told that I signed a consent that says that I may not see results , so instead of standing by their word of the provider who said I would notice results , they revert to their “consent form “ I even said they could give me half of what I paid back to which they said they would discount further injections . You’ll discount further injections that clearly don’t work but won’t give me my money back . Stay away from this clinic , they clearly don’t stand by their product or their word . I’m out over 6 grand and have zero to show for it . I response to owners response , it’s not about perception it’s about honesty and your team was not honest , saying that I would see results after 1 treatment and then reverting back to “consent forms” is not good customer service . The fact is I was told by your owner I would see a result and after spending the money I spent I did not and your answer to that is i spend more money to see a result . Surely you can understand after spending 6k and seeing nothing someone would not want to come back and spend more in “hopes” a result would happen . You should have never said you will see a result if you were not sure . It’s about honesty . Now I have to spend copious amounts of more money in legal fees to get my money back .
