Always the best! I have tried other places in Knoxville, including the supposedly best for botox and no one comes close to Dr Bello. I've seen him multiple times and he never fails me. He's professional, great communicating skills, experienced, and knows exactly what you need. He doesn't push thousands of dollars of procedures on you, he only does exactly what you need!
