From consultation, to surgery, and then to follow up appointments, Dr. Douglas and his team have been amazing! Dr. Douglas is very thorough and explains everything very well. He encourages questions because he wants you to be 100% confident when going in for surgery, and that what you are doing is exactly what you want. He also makes sure you know any complications that may arise. His bedside manner is impeccable! He is always smiling and helpful. The many times I went in thinking something was wrong Dr. Douglas and staff eased my mind and made sure I understood where I was at in my healing process. Megan, Skye, and Becca always greeted me with a smile and knew me by name. Not quite sure if that’s a good thing or if I was their problem child lol but it made me feel welcomed when I would go in for my appointments. All of these guys are amazing and ready & willing to help or answer questions. I am glad we chose Dr. Douglas and his team to work with for my procedures. The level of care and support from everyone here is worth it tenfold!

I just had my 3 month follow-up appointment for breast implant removal and breast lift surgery. This has been the best experience from start to finish and the end results are simply incredible! Dr. Douglas took a lot of time at my initial consultation to listen to what I wanted and any concerns that I had. He answered my questions fully so that I felt confident going into surgery. Everything from the scheduling of the surgery, information provided, the surgery center and follow-up care has been seamless. Skye and all of the staff in the office have been terrific! I would definitely recommend Dr. Douglas for any of your cosmetic surgery needs. He is the best!

Dr. Douglas, Skye and Megan and all incredible!! Dr. Douglas does awesome work with amazing bedside manner!! I felt safe and comfortable and was in the best of hands from start to finish!!

After my first visit, I felt very confident in Doctor Douglas and his whole team. That was proven true when I saw the results of the surgery, I had barely a 10th of the bruising, my friend had from the same procedure done somewhere else. The surgical procedures left me with much less pain afterward than I expected. I was truly amazed! Then, although I had very little swelling, I had some type of an allergic reaction to a material or some environmental allergen. We’re not really sure – but Megan stayed in contact with me constantly over text while communicating with the doctor, which was such a reassurance as it was a scary couple of days – again I felt the support was above and beyond, especially since it was not related to any problem from the surgery other than a possible link to a material allergy of some type I was unaware of having or newly developed. I would recommend Dr. Douglas and his team above any providers in the state or elsewhere – it was worth every penny to know I was in such confident hands and the results certainly reflect that. I feel like I’ve been given a new lease on life!

Care was Exceptional !!! Dr. Douglas is very relaxed, caring, through, explains everything. I had pleasant experience at every visit. I am very satisfied with my surgery. Dr. Douglas and Skye are a great team. I wish his name was included in the clinic name and more pictures of his patients posted on the gallery :)
