TruYou Aesthetics Medical Spa

I just want to share that I started going here seeing Jessica for facials, and she is absolutely wonderful. I had a facial scheduled for today December the 12th 2025 and the medical spa failed to tell me that she wasn't there anymore, along with other clients telling them that someone else would be doing it. That really pissed me off. I was scheduled with Jessica not anyone else. So I want to say I went in there today because they done my daughter very wrong she spent over $1,000 to get laser on her face one month ago, her follow-up was today, she called them and told them she was in traffic and they said it was fine take your time, then when she was 3 minutes away they called her and left her a nasty message saying that they couldn't see her today after she drove over an hour to get there. She was livid to say the least so I went in, spoke my piece about it and had them delete everything about us on their computers. This is ridiculous these people are rip offs. They are charging people for things and then saying that they don't have the services anymore when they call to make an appointment for it and they have to threaten them to get their money back. For the people who have appointments with her there, they are failing to tell people that she has left just so they will come in and let someone else do it. I want to share I will never step foot back in this facility again nor will my daughter. This place is a joke and they are way overpriced and treat you like a child. If you want good quality service please go somewhere else these people are very rude and don't care if they lose business from good people

I’ve been so impressed with Tru You Aesthetics! The staff is wonderful and welcoming and very responsive to any needs. The clinic has a warm and relaxing feel to it and decorated nicely. Susan is highly talented at what she does with injections and always aims for a natural look. I can highly recommend Tru You as the place to be!

The BEST facial I've ever had! I left GLOWING! Jessica is amazing. She tinted my brows PERFECTLY! Super nice reception. Definitely worth it and definitely going back.

TruYou is an excellent facility. I have received several services including facials, hair cuts and coloring. I have been very happy with my results. Mandy is excellent as well as Jessica. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional.

I just wanted to leave a 5⭐️ review. It has been over 2 years since I had botox and I was so relieved to see Susan still there. She is the best. She explains everything thoroughly and doesn’t try to oversell you on other products. I love her grounded kind attitude and she really makes me feel her recommendations are in my best interest and not just an upsale. Thank you 😊 Also the new lady at the reception is doing a great job(sorry, I forgot her name).
