I scheduled a first visit with Erica at Arabella Medical Aesthetics in 2025, and I have been thoroughly impressed ever since. Erica, Rachel, and Deborah are truly some of the nicest people I’ve met in Knoxville. Erica is simply amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, takes time to really listen to my concerns, fully discusses goals and procedures, and is a super fun person. The treatments I receive are always done with detailed care, and results are always natural and beautiful. I’ve recommended Arabella to several people, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for medical aesthetic treatments! I absolutely love Arabella!

The staff is very friendly & the office is calming and beautiful. I recently received a derma-plane and diamond glow facial from Erica. She explained how it would work and answered all of my questions and concerns. Erica is very knowledgeable in all things beauty and takes the time to figure out your needs and concerns. Erica is very knowledgeable. With her extensive background as a NP, she can answer all your questions! She takes her time getting to know you and your specific goals before discussing options. Love Arabella! From the front office(Debra) to the practitioners, all staff at Arabella are professional and caring. Jessica is amazing to work with and has helped me dial in my HRT. Erica did a treatment for me and did a great job. I feel like I am hanging out with family and people that truly care about their community every time I have an appointment.
