This was my first visit. I had my teeth cleaned by Kelly Ogle. She is super friendly and has a continual smile on her face. I spoke with the doctor after the cleaning. She reviewed and discussed my X-rays with me. She was also nice to work with. Their front desk employees were also super nice. The office was located in a convenient area. It was easy to get in and out and right next to the I-640 on and off ramps. Overall I was happy with the entire process.

I've had both negative and positive experiences here. Poor billing years ago, but genuinely good services. Lately I haven't been able to contact anyone- I called three times in a week and left messages but no call back, and finally today I went in person to schedule a cleaning. Shut up tight at 2pm on a Wednesday. -Response to the owner... Given the issues I've run into, how do you suggest I contact said person during normal business hours?

The unprofessionalism is unparalleled. I honestly don't have a clue how the dentist is, because despite the office rescheduling THREE times they were no show for the last appointment that was made. I initially contacted the office in the beginning of October 2025. I explained I wanted in as quickly as possible due to some discomfort in a molar. I was relieved that I got in a month later, although they got my husband in within 2 weeks of his phone call and he had a good experience. I digress as I'm headed to the office that November morning I get a call canceling my appointment. The next day they call back and say they can get me in the following day. I arrange child care AGAIN. I'm slightly annoyed but whatever crap happens. By the end of the day before my appointment they have canceled again. I mean at least they managed to catch me before the morning of the appointment, but certainly not ideal. My husband says, just give them one more chance since he liked his experience. He makes my appointment in office while at his SECOND appointment, which reminder his first was made after I made mine. The appointment was set for 12/30. We show up for my appointment on 12/30 and NO ONE IS THERE. They made an appointment with a person standing directly in front of them for a day they apparently weren't going to be in office. Third try and frankly I am done. I can not believe the unprofessionalism at this office. I have never been treated in such a manner, and I'm generally an easy going person, but I feel like everyone should be warned this was an absolute disaster.

So I go yesterday for my cleaning and apparently they are under new management. And they tell me that they are going back looking at accounts for billing issues from the old management. And they tell you that your insurance don’t cover half of what they are doing or did in the past. So if you had anything in the past done there expect a bill since they didn’t bill insurance even when they told you that it was covered.

I JUST SIMPLY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! It's warm, welcoming, and friendly. My sister and I usually go in together and it feels good to here: 'The sisters are here' or 'l love seeing the sisters come in.' Upon my arrival I walked up to the desk to let them know I was there for an appointment and the receptionist said: Yes Angie. We know who you and your sister are'. To be greeted by your 1st name is wonderful. If I could give it more stars I would.
