Aspen Dental - Knoxville, TN - Chapman Hwy

I’ve had several bad experiences with dental offices recently, but Aspen Dental in Knoxville completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of, treated kindly, and seen promptly. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable, confident, and took the time to map out a clear plan to address my dental issues. For the first time in a long time, I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. I will 10000% be using Aspen Dental for all my dental needs moving forward. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality, respectful, and reliable dental care.

Dr.Cook was very helpful and able to get my teeth looked at and start my process to get them fixed. Hyg. Monkeymaker was also helpful with other questions I had. Lakin the assistant was friendly and Kamon was awesome for helping my payment plan and saving me on my bill! Definitely recommend them for any dental work!

I can’t say enough good things about Aspen Dental on Chapman Highway. As a teacher with a busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule, they are always incredibly accommodating and willing to work with me. The staff is quick, very friendly, and truly personable, from the front desk to the dental assistants, hygienist, and doctor. Every interaction has been positive, and they always make me feel comfortable and cared for. What's more, they quality of the care they provide is outstanding! I honestly don’t dread going to the dentist anymore. Highly recommend!

Came to the office for a check up and cleaining. Wait was fast and staff very friendly! Lakin was quick with X-rays and Dr.Cook and Lyndsey were reassuring with my issues. Rani at the front was very welcoming and Kamon made sure I understood my treatment plan and answered any questions I had. It was a great visit!

I love coming here. It is a positive environment where you can tell everyone that works here loves their job. Dr. Cook not only has gotten my mouth back in perfect condition, he has alleviated my lifelong fear of dentists completely by being patient and understanding. All the work in my mouth was clearly communicated to me beforehand and done in a timely manner. It is such a huge relief to have a clean, healthy mouth! Thanks Dr. Cook and staff!
