In spite of the traffic, construction, and limited parking at this location, I was very impressed with the staff and my treatment. Dr. Williams' staff were able to fit me in for an appointment so I could make my vacation without worrying about a tooth issue. Dr. Williams provided his usual excellent and compassionate care, but this was. my first experience with the staff of University General Dentists at this location and they were exceptional.

They made my whole process very easy! I worked with Dr. Zacharias and Marylin my first day and I was in and out even though they were having a busier day. And I got a teeth cleaning scheduled with Michael with next day which went great and Teresa and Cindy are very kind in person and over the phone and make it easy for me to make and change appointments and to answer any of my questions! Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about the team at UT General Dentistry! I have searched far and wide for a good dentist for my teen daughter with special needs/ disabilities. Dr. Bridges was recommended due to his experience with patients that have special needs. Doctor Bridges is extremely knowledgeable and possesses an incredible bedside manner. Tammy his assistant was also wonderful and helpful. My daughter ended up needing surgery with sedation due to her special needs. That is when we met Cheryl and Cheyenne, the surgery coordinators. These ladies went above and beyond to make it happen. They weren't just all about the paperwork they genuinely cared about us and our needs. I cannot thank them enough. Dr. Bridges did our surgery and it went very smoothly. Dr. Zachariah was a great communicator and had a warm personality. Even the front desk person Teresa made an impact with her friendly smile. As a mother of a teen with special needs, this team was exceptional and made what could have been a highly stressful experience, a blessing.

I am very impressed by the ability to get an appointment quickly and the professionalism of the staff. The dental assistant and doctor were both very skilled and listened to all of my questions. Prices are fair and transparent. The equipment is up to date and very clean. I am happy to be a member of their care.

I absolutely love them!! They got me in and took great care of me during my dental emergency. Now after my new patient visit I’m confident not only in my smile, but my new dental team!! M.Teresa and Cindy were super sweet as well!! 10/10 I fully recommend!
