DentalWorks Knoxville - Northwest Crossing

I love this office!! I moved to TN 2 years ago but didn't transfer my care because I didn't know anyone here and I was concerned that I wouldn't find someone I could trust! All the employees are very friendly and caring! The level of care was simply exceptional! I was seen this morning to evaluate my lower molar for a crown and I was surprised that they worked me in for the crown prep procedure and they were so compassionate and professional! I didn't even feel the injection, there was only some pressure! I was a dental assistant for 30 years, so I know quality and I got it! It was such a great experience and I will definitely be transferring my care here! Thanks to Jennifer and Dr. McFarland for being so kind and patient, now I don't have to schedule my treatment around my visits to NC to see my family!

I truly appreciated all of the attention that I received from all of the staff. The doctor was very thorough, and gave me a plan to get all of my issues taken care of. I believe that if you were to visit DentalWorks Knoxville, you would be pleased. Thanks 😊.

Dr. McFarland and his staff are the greatest. They are always on time and do a thorough job on my teeth. I’ve seen a lot of dentists throughout the years and I would rate Dr. McFarland as one of the best.

Best dentist I've ever been to. This coming from someone who has very high anxiety at the dentist office. I would recommend him to everyone he's so gentle.

The hygienist and dentist were very nice. Our complaints are the younger receptionist was using some curse words often. She also was taking several personal calls while working. Again using foul language. She was very rude when dealing with a lady on the phone about a referral. If she is going to be working with people, she needs to work on her whole skills. She also had nothing good to say about corporate and them handling issues with the computer system. The older receptionist is very sweet to everyone and was noticeably irritated with the younger lady. The older lady was scheduling our next appointment and she kept interrupting her.
