My experience at Silver Creek was great; I chose this office for its location. Miracle handled my check-in and check-out, and I cannot express how professional and helpful she was. I appreciate her kindness and patience. I received the best cleaning I have had in a long time from Donna. Her expertise and meticulous work made a noticeable difference. If you are seeking a new dentist, I highly recommend this practice. Their professionalism and high standards will make you feel confident in your choice.

Dr. H and ENTIRE staff were professional, confident and caring and I am very, very, very pleased with the crown Dr. H replaced. What an awesome job he did!! Dr. H informed me step by step through the entire process. Unfortunately, I broke off part of the front tooth with the crown leaving very, very little for the dentist to work with. The staff was super attentive and glady stepped in with assisting him and made sure I was in no pain; making teamwork and patience into an extremely positive outcome. I highly recommend Silver Creek Dental Care in Knoxville, TN to all who value human kindness, gentle care, and a happy, stress free dental experience. The office staff kept me up-to-date on charges, appointments, made me feel comfortable, and listened to any concerns I had. They all went above and beyond in my care and made my visit a pleasant experience. They should be proud of themselves for a job more than well done.

My first appointment was today, I was greeted by the friendly staff. The building was clean and well organized. I was taken back to the exam room on time. The staff treated me wonderfully, and were very patient when answering all of my questions. Dr. H was great at explaining what was wrong, giving me options and explaining the treatment plan we agreed on. If you're looking for a dentist give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

Best of the best care I’ve ever experienced at a dentist. I love all of the staff I have encountered here. I have a ton of anxiety with dental work, but everyone is so patient and kind and most importantly— I feel safe, welcomed and seen every single time I visit.

Dr. Hinderliter is a pro. Painless professional dentistry and a thorough explanation of the procedure he will be performing. His Dental staff was on point and helpful. Wonderful front office staff helped me navigate new insurance. My dental world is good.
