I can’t say enough good things about this office. From my first phone call, Patty at the front desk was so kind and helped calm my nerves right away. My first cleaning with Tabatha was great—she was very comforting and patient. My last few visits have been with Kara, and she’s been just as wonderful—gentle, caring, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Dr. Hickey is amazing as well. The whole team is professional, kind, and makes going to the dentist a much better experience. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Odum for my first-ever filling, and he was wonderful. He was incredibly informative and made me feel involved and confident in my care. He and his team made me feel truly welcome and never shamed me, despite my anxiety over the procedure. I left feeling so comfortable that I immediately called several friends who are looking for a new dentist to recommend this office.

I can truly say that going to Downtown Dental has been the dental experience I have ever had. I came in to see Dr. Odum after almost 10 years without seeing a dentist due to not having insurance. Not one time was I made to feel ashamed of my teeth or lack of dental care. Every member of staff is so kind and really makes sure you feel comfortable and welcome during the visit. I have been to the office 2 times and Dr Odum was one of the Happiest Sweetest and caring Dentist I have ever been to He knew I was nervous and he kept asking me if Im ok so friendly His assistant was the sweetest assistant I had told her I wanted to have my teeth cleaned but they could only get me in March and I wish I could be seen earlier she took it upon herself to go check to see what she could do She came back with me and Appointment for 2 weeks She went and got the lady who would be cleaning my teeth and Introduced me to her This Dentist office is such a loving place and very friendly staff
