3/5/26 I had a great experience at Northshore Smiles. Root Canal procedure and returned for a permanent crown. With a tight schedule commitment that day, Rachel was able to schedule my procedure with Dr Carle and his hygienist completed my procedure on time and I was able to keep my appointment in east Knoxville. Thank you so much! Very professional and efficient staff.

I had an excellent experience at Northshore Smiles Dentistry! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. A special shoutout to the dental hygienist Megan Jackson (formerly Megan Jenkins) — she was incredibly gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

I'm so thankful for this dentist office. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone in the area! And if not, it's worth the drive as well. I originally came in from over 45 mins away for an emergency apt about a year ago and stuck with em ever since. The best team all around.

Wonderful experience! Had a root canal today and I enjoyed the best of the best with Dental Assistant Mattye & Endo Dr. Sisson ! Great job overall and would highly recommend to my closest family & friends!!

Not exactly a huge fan of going to the dentist 😉, but the team here is absolutely amazing! Rachel greets you like an old friend, Alex makes you feel like you’re the only patient in the world, and Dr. Enger treats you like family—explaining everything clearly and step by step. They truly care about their patients, and I can’t recommend them enough. Just go… you won’t regret it!
