Knoxville Cosmetic Dentistry

My daughter and I have been going to Knoxville Cosmetic Dentistry for several years. We had always been very happy until recently. Two weeks ago, we made an appointment, but just before it, we received a call saying they didn't have a hygienist available. I rescheduled for this afternoon. I got a phone call last Friday asking if we could come in on Monday instead of Wednesday. I said no because I had to ask off work. They said they would make it work. I got a confirmation text. This morning (Wednesday) at 8:00 a.m., I received a call canceling our appointment again. Unfortunately, now we are looking for a new dentist.

I cannot say enough about this practice. My daughter broke a tooth over the weekend she is a student at UTK. I called Monday morning and was greeted by the sweetest lady on the phone. She was so caring and was able to get my daughter in that afternoon. They kept me updated and got her all fixed up. It was such a relief when I am 3 hours away to know your child is in great hands. I cannot thank them enough.

Great staff and very kind! I needed my retainer fixed last minute and right before they closed and they made time to help me out! Very quick and helpful, highly recommend!

New to the area and Dr. Silber’s group came very highly recommended. Making an appointment was so easy along with updating all my information. I was given an appointment quickly and at a convenient time for me. The reception staff was very nice and I did not have any waiting time to be taken back for my X-rays and cleaning. The hygienist was so nice and answered all my questions and told me all about my X-rays and what she would be doing. Dr. Howe came in after my cleaning and did a thorough check on my teeth. They all made me feel right at home, like we were neighbors and friends. I was never nervous or uncomfortable and they made my follow up appointment right then! I highly recommend this group for everyone!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Silber for several years, and am extremely happy with the practice. The entire staff is professional, efficient, and compassionate. Upon arrival for an appointment, you are pleasantly greeted and rarely kept waiting. The hygienists are friendly and thorough, but gentle. And most importantly, Dr. Silber is always thoughtful, gentle and informative. He constantly explains what he is doing, pausing frequently to allow the patient to “rest” instead of powering through the procedure. He offers the best of care, and I can’t recommend the practice enough.
