TwelveStone Infusion Center Chattanooga

The infusion center really makes you feel like family and beyond comfortable. Very nice facility, clean. My first thought was this feels like being at home on my couch. The individual rooms is a genius idea so personable. And to add to it Faith based and as a Christian a welcome feeling. Just need to get one in Cleveland now hint hint !!

Andy was so sweet and kind. She gave me a very pleasant IV experience. 10/10 would recommend this sweet nurse and this great location. Perks: vibrating and heated lounges.

Very clean, nice place. You get your own room with shows and movies to watch along with snacks and drinks. The staff is very nice and help make the experience as smooth as possible!

I would just like to say that my experience with Twelve Stone Infusion Center was beyond my expectations. My provider put a stat order in and the staff kept me informed of the status in the process to then be scheduled for my first infusion. Also they were patient if I called to check or if I had any questions or concerns. From Tonya who was at the front desk, Katie who worked on getting things done with my insurance to Donna my infusion nurse and Kelly the NP who explained the process, what to expect and answered all my concerns, I was very pleased and looking forward to my next infusion. I am so glad my provider referred me to Twelve Stone and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed their skill and expertise!!! Thanks to everyone!!!!

I was very pleased with the iron infusion I recieved at TwelveStone Infusion Center in Chattanooga. A very calming atmosphere with a beautiful Bible verse on their receptionist wall, so you see it as soon as you arrive. The medical staff were both kind and professional. They answered all my questions and calmed any of my concerns. I had never heard of them until my GI Doctor's office referred me to them. No one likes having to have any kind of medical need, but I was very satisfied with their work. Thanks TwelveStone. 🤗
