Heights Wellness Retreat Gunbarrel Road

I love coming to Massage Heights (now Heights wellness retreat). Everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. I have been here multiple times before, but today I had a massage with Dani and a facial with Lilly! They were both AMAZING and so sweet, and I just had to leave a review for them. Usually when I get a massage the therapist will address any issues I mention just briefly and then seem to do their normal routine. Dani asked me what was bothering me (upper back/neck and my left shoulder) and she did SUCH a good job at working on those specific areas like I was hoping for. Definitely the best massage I have had there! Lilly was also very sweet and knowledgeable and the facial put me to sleep toward the end which usually doesn’t happen haha - but she is very gentle which is definitely appreciated. I just re-booked with them both and I’ll definitely be recommending them!

If you’re looking for a fantastic massage, Clara is the one to see! She is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. Her massages are both relaxing and effective at relieving tension. I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged. The newly remodeled space is beautiful and so calming, and the company’s rebrand fits perfectly with the elevated experience she provides. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I booked a couples massage here. Their building space was under construction, but they said they would still proceed with our massage as long as we were ok with it. The space looked like it was going to be very nice when finished. It was a wonderful, relaxing massage experience. Our masseuse’s were Heather and Melissa, they were amazing. Pressure was great, everything about it was great. Definitely will go back our next visit to Chattanooga. You won’t be disappointed in this place.

Massage Therapist Clara is a wizard! She really worked out my knots and crunchies, and was very knowledgeable. I left feeling so good. I will be back and I will be booking with her!! The overall experience was very pleasant. The ambience at the location is very chill, very clean, and staff was very friendly. I felt welcome and safe.

Had a great massage, but my therapist started late and told me it would not reflect on my 60 min massage, however it did. As we finished the appointment at 50 minutes. I also, emphasized what my concerns were and half way through the massage my therapist realized I was the client that wanted a good foot rub. Not trying to be petty, but when u pay good money for a massage you want the therapist to know your needs, as we didnt even get to the front of my body. But my biggest grip is the pressure from the staff amd therapist to join their membership. I came to relax not be pressured into buying a membership. Sadly, I will not be coming back, but my therapist was good at the massage part of what I got.
