Chattanooga Head Spa

I had a head spa treatment/ facial with Lauren, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly attentive, skilled, and made the entire experience so relaxing. My skin and scalp felt incredible afterward. I was offered a beverage and refreshments as well. I would love to come back the next time we visit Chattanooga — highly recommend!

Honestly this is the best spa l have been to in Chattanooga! First off as soon as I entered the salon I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile! I came in today to get an all over color with Brittany who to say the least is a color Expert and thank goodness because my hair definitely needed some help after being extremely damaged from going blonde. I feel amazing after leaving any service with Ms. Rogers. As I was waiting I was amazed by the selection of upscale products such as face masks, unique Teleties brand hair clips, multiple LED therapy options that were highly rated online, as well as Self-Warming eye masks that relieve headache's. Oh and did I mention a variety of hair products that truly work and even affordable options with amazing results! The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely be back this month. I think Chattanooga Head Spa would be perfect for anyone dealing with daily stressors and looking for an escape to relax to even doing group pampering events such as bridal parties. Thrilled to know about this gem! Thank you to the awesome staff for being personable and knowledgeable!!

I absolutely could not have had a better spa experience! Emily was the one who take care of me for the signature head spa and it was perfect. Had a complimentary coffee when I arrived, the robes/wraps are great quality, spa room was shared with another person getting the same/similar service, blow out station had everything I needed to get ready for the afternoon after I was finished. Staff is all so friendly and accommodating as well. I’m definitely looking forward to this being a new treat for “me time”. 10/10!

I head about you from the Laura Snakenberg at 3Eleven Collective who's done my hair for 15yrs. When my husband asked what I wanted for Christmas. Head Spa was it. I had Lauren do the Signature Head spa and it was amazing. Lauren is so nice, personable and very knowledgeable. She did a fabulous job. I enjoyed every minute of the relaxing experience. I will go back.

Book your appointment now! I have been to the head spa twice now and it is the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced. The first time I came was for my birthday and they were so sweet and had a special treat waiting for me when I arrived. I would choose this over a massage any day. I had Becca both times and she is amazing! The spa itself is so cute yet luxurious inside. They definitely pay attention to details and their products smell so good. I love that they customized my service based on my scalp needs. They even offer couples services!
