Interesting to see new signage: If more than 15 minutes late for appointment a reschedule is required. Better be prompt! Kevin always provides excellent service and I feel he genuinely cares about my health. He is always thorough and takes the time to explain any conditions or concerns I may have-5 stars*****

Dr. Kowalski is an amazing doctor. She is very thorough and I love her to death. However, this is the only good thing about this office and she’s only there four hours a week. I had an appointment scheduled with them for 8 AM on the coldest day of the year. I’m mistakenly went to the wrong office and so I called the Hixson office to see if people had canceled due to the weather. I was told by Kristen that my appointment had been canceled apparently in error by their new system. And that Dr. Kowalski is not even in the office on Tuesday mornings needless to say I was very unhappy. I did manage to get an appointment for two days later. I already had two appointment scheduled for that day, so it was very inconvenient. My only other choice, however, was to not get in until May. Then when I went to check out today, Kristen actually had the nerve to tell me that I was not nice to her yesterday. I feel that it is very unprofessional for her to have even mentioned it and then one of the other office staff made a comment. She then wanted to know if I was gonna make my co-pay?! Don’t think so. I called the office manager Jerry and all she did was make excuses for their actions. I will never never never never never go here again.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. They were so kind they took me on a day notice. Kevin was more than professional and kind. He offered me solutions to my basal cell. You just don’t find this kind of care anymore. The entire staff there are professionals , caring and kind. From the front desk, to the nurses and of course Kevin!

Fantastic! Both Lana and her Med Tech are so friendly, kind and considerate. Very knowledgeable and Professional. Explained everything and did a very complete skin examination. All my questions answered. Few biopsies done with post biopsy instructions given. I would Highly recommend Lana for all dermatology concerns.

They have always been very kind, professional, and friendly. Dr. Goodman and the rest of the staff always seem very sincere and do and great job of trying to make you comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Very thankful for Dr. Goodman, Jocelyn, and all involved. Thank you
