I was having some major tension in my upper back. Luckily, I came to the right place to get it relieved! Had a myofascial massage booked and my practitioner was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was a full body massage and they were able to pinpoint my problem areas without me even having to mention where they were, their expertise really shone through. I would definitely come here again as the ambiance, warm massage bed, and lighting set the perfect relaxing mood. It didn’t feel like I was in just some random room, this space was designed for relaxation. I’ll be back!

Highly recommend Fawn Massey for Deep tissue or a relaxation massage work. I have been getting massages with Fawn on and off for almost 10 years. I enjoy weight lifting, and with her experience and education, she is able to locate which muscles need the most work done for healthy recovery. Also, if you don't feel you need Deep Tissue work, Fawn is a master at her craft at relaxation and therapeutic work. You'll never meet anyone else in this industry that cares half as much about their clients as she does! 10/10!

Highly recommend Scott Anderson! He is professional, attentive, and kind. I left my body work session feeling like I'm walking on air! Went home and fell into a deep sleep for 3-4 hours, having vivid dreams, which is not usual for me. Having suffered a slipped disc a few years ago, I feel like going to Bridge to Health was my best decision, and I will be back. My body is already thanking me!
