Embody Spa + Sauna + Shop

I had the best experience at Embody. A group of friends and I were doing a girls weekend in Chattanooga and we did the sauna, cold plunge and sound bath. Heather was super accommodating and led us through a beautiful experience with the sound bath. The space was incredibly clean and inviting. We had access to showers afterwards as well. I can’t recommend this space enough!

I booked my first ever massage at Embody - the entire experience was really wonderful! I was desperately seeking relief from debilitating headaches & migraines that I'd been suffering from for several days. I booked with Alyssa since her bio indicated she also has a background in nursing. From start to finish, she was phenomenal! Alyssa was very professional, listened to understand and explained everything she was doing and why. It was clear that she has a strong understanding of the human body and practices both her passions with care. After I explained to her what I was dealing with, she quickly got to work, digging into all the right places. Needless to say, I walked into the spa with a pounding headache and left pain-free and feeling great! Overall the shop was nice and the spa & saunas were very clean and super relaxing, as well! Love this place!!

My partner and I visited this place on Valentines day for the sauna and yoga 🧘‍♀️ 😊 it was a very peaceful experience and gave us something special to do on this day. Heather was excellent at coordinating the event and everyone felt super welcome. Very clean place, too! This place has epic vibes and we will definitely be back

I’ve been going to Embody to Sauna for ages and their environment is so relaxing, I love that the cold plunge is in a private room. Because I’m making ridiculous faces easing into that water! Everyone is so friendly, and they have an amazing retail space if you need to pick up a gift for someone (or yourself)!

I had a wonderful experience at Embody. The staff at the front desk were lovely to interact with, and they gave me a tour, explaining the various experiences they offer. The sauna was hot and equipped with therapeutic lights, calming ambient music, and, most importantly, it was large enough for me to lie down comfortably. I felt my stress melting away and even dozed off for a few minutes, leaving me feeling refreshed and relaxed after my session, which is exactly what I was hoping for! The beautiful touches throughout the space added to the ambiance. They also offer great packages. I can't wait to try their other services next time. Five stars all around!
