A Better You Massage & Day Spa

Ive been to a lot of massage places. Heather was amazing probably one of the best massages Ive ever had. She is very thorough and i left feeling so much better and not sore. Im going to be using her for the for see able future for my monthly massages.

Jeff is an amazing massage therapist, I have been getting massages from him 1-2 times a month for over 7 months now. He is super professional and gives great advice for things do do outside of the spa to help my back/muscle issues. HIGHLY recommend! I also see Talitha for monthly facials and dermaplaning. My skin is always glowing when she is done. I love that they use the Eminence line of products. Putting my self-care as a priority has been key and so happy with all of my experiences at ABY. My husband also visits with me for couples massages occasionally, nice couples experience!

I had an amazing experience with all services, facial, massage and waxing. The space was clean, calming, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The facial left my skin glowing, refreshed, and noticeably smoother. The waxing was quick, thorough, and done with great care to ensure comfort. The esthetician, Talitha, was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Jeff gave a wonderful deep tissue massage that resolved my shoulder tension. I highly recommend these services to anyone looking for high-quality skincare, massage and waxing.

Very great first experience for our couples Valentine’s Day massage with Jeffery and Diana. They had warm massage beds and a nice room. They are attentive to your needs and great service. 10/10

Absolutely love this spa! The owner and the therapists are very nice and professional. I've had massages from almost all of the therapists as well as waxing with Talitha. The services are top-notch! I've been coming at least 1-2x per month for the last few months. Couldn't recommend them enough!
