Chelci Longshore will forever be my hairstylist! She listens to my wants and needs, took the time to get to know my hair, and is so attentive. My hair has never felt or looked better! Chelci doesn’t make you just feel like another client in her chair, but the most important client she has. I cannot recommend her enough!

I'm new to Southside Salon and Spa; my wife and I followed Courtland here from her previous place. The atmosphere was really relaxed and welcoming, and everyone new we met was friendly. They had some beverages available for clients as well (coffee, water, soda)! The building was also amazing. Chattanooga has some very old spots, and this was one of them. It has that historic vibe, but was very clean. We came for Courtland of course, she has been taking care of our hair about 6+ months now, and I don't know how we managed before that. She's always a joy to work with, happy to chat with you or let you relax. Very flexible and understanding too. We are very happy that Courtland found a home at Southside! Centrally located and convenient, but top notch service.

I have been coming to this salon and seeing Chelci for years now. Every time I get my hair done with her it is better than the last! Not only is she an amazing hair stylist, she is also so fun and easy to talk with. I would recommend her to anyone!

Absolutely OBSESSED with my new hair extensions! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been wearing extensions for just over two months now and I still can’t get over the transformation. My hair was fine, flat, and honestly made me feel so self-conscious, but these extensions have completely changed the game. The color match is flawless They feel incredibly soft, look shiny and healthy, and NO ONE can tell they’re not my real hair — I get compliments almost every single day! Thanks Chelsy❤️

I can not say enough about how amazing this salon is! Everyone is always so friendly and professional and the salon is always so clean and homely. I personally haven’t tried any other stylist here ( although they are so sweet and also do amazing work, I hope I never have to) because Chelci Longshore will forever be my go to! She does the most amazing work , especially on my extremely thick dark hair, and she is so incredibly kind and professional taking the time to explain everything she is doing and what she recommends. I could not recommend her more to be someone’s stylist !
