Lash Loft and Brow Bar & Chattanooga Head Spa

I have been talking about wanting to get a Japanese Head Spa for a while now, but where we live in Scottsboro, AL, we don't have anyone who does it. For my birthday, which was October 6th, my mom got me a girls Spa day of my choosing! After a lot of searching online and asking fb friends for recommendations, we decided to choose Lash Loft and Brow Bar in Chatt! And it was the BEST decision we have ever made! Once we arrived, we were greeted by the staff, they were all so friendly and welcoming! We were offered snacks and drinks. We started our visit with me getting a DermaplanePro, at 145PM, done by Paige! My skin has never felt better! After my facial, I went in the lobby to sit with my mom while we waited to get called back for our head spa. Our appt was at 245. While we were waiting, I was reading all of their amazing reviews and quickly realized that they close at 3! The staff was so sweet and reassured me and mom not to stress or worry! Not only did we start our head spa at closing time, but they never once made us feel rushed! Before starting our Japanese Head Spa, we had a scalp analysis and was able to see our scalp up close and personal. EW! But so fascinating! They went over what they noticed, plan of treatment, and recommendations. Of course mine was dry and flaky, as it always is this time of the year. Then we started our Japanese Head Spa and let me tell you. IT WAS LIFE CHANGING! WOW! Abrianna was absolutely AMAZING! Full body chills!! After we finished, we went back to another room to look at our scalp up close after the head spa. The difference was insane! But even then, wet head and all, they never rushed us to get out of there so they could go home. If I still lived in Chattanooga, I would be there every week. I have been excited and talking about this all week to my girls at work. And I will be talking and bragging about it all next week too! If you haven't had the chance to have this done, BOOK IT! Not only did we leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and just over all amazing. But we left with great recommendations to help improve our scalps! I had my first brow shaping and tinting experience. Christie was amazing! She was very kind and professional. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend checking out this beautiful place!!

I scheduled last minute with Paige for “the works” and received a lash lift & tint, brow wax, shaping, & tint. She did an AMAZING job, super sweet, and finished quickly (without rushing) I can finally roll out of bed and just get going. Fantastic salon, and I’ll be returning for a facial!

This place is my happy place. The service is amazing and all the people that work there are so nice and welcoming . Christie is the absolute best and I look forward to my appointment every few weeks!
