Shire Facial Plastic Surgery

I’ve checked out quite a few plastic surgery practices over the years. Wasn’t looking for a place where I’d be paying for a new office and high end designer clothes!! Nothing showy just attention to detail and results that don’t look obvious but tasteful and not extreme. I couldn’t be happier! Subtle but defined changes and Dr. Shire leaves detailed instructions if you follow, leave amazing results. Another thing that made me decide to use Shire was how detailed his explanation was of how he would do the procedure on your initial visit. Plus, he takes out your stitches himself and will do all your Botox, etc. why go have a NP or technician do it when the doctor can! Chattanoogas best choice in my book! Not to mention the staff, such great care and attention to detail! Thank you, Hailey and Cece for always being available and attentive. And of course, Vernon! He kept me comfortable thru the whole procedure! ❤️

I got to be Dr. Shire’s canvas 4 weeks ago. He gave me a much-needed necklift. Even with the necessary restrictions, these past four weeks were much easier than I expected. Most importantly, though, I actually have a jaw line again!! Dr. Shire’s artistic precision is amazing. When he shows you on his computer how you will look after surgery DO NOT DOUBT HIM. The results are incredible. And his staff is wonderful. They are very supportive and inspire confidence during the entire process.

Absolutely incredible staff who make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Shire is the absolute best! He explains everything to you very thoroughly and works with you to help you find which treatments work best for YOU! Can’t recommend them enough!
