I had a great first experience at SkinMED. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and I truly felt heard. I came in with one plan but admittedly, completely changed direction once I arrived, and was handled it with patience, understanding, and expertise. She immediately created a new plan that aligned perfectly with my goals, and her precision and attention to detail were impressive. The office is adorable, and extremely clean. Pricing was more than fair, and I loved that they accept Aspire Rewards for additional savings. I left thrilled with my experience and highly recommend SkinMED to anyone looking for high-quality, professional care.

I have had BBL laser in 2 other clinics. Liz and Kelly at SkinMed took their time and were very professional and meticulous. I didn't feel like just another client and my results have surpassed any treatment I received elsewhere. I highly recommend them!

I won’t go anywhere else! I have had multiple different skin services completed at different dermatology, plastic surgery, and med spas throughout my life, and I have never been happier than I was with Liz. I traveled for Work and stumbled upon her spa through google and now, I will forever travel back to Chattanooga to let her do all of my skin treatments! Heather and Liz are absolutely amazing! I was nervous for a second round of services from a different spa that I was unhappy with. Both of them made me feel so comfortable with their knowledge of the services, different scenarios given and a warming vibe that makes anyone feel at home. Heathers techniques and skills made me feel confident in the results I would be seeing. She takes her time and truly has an eye for this art. I have definitely found my place!

Truly NO other person place I’d rather receive services than at SkinMED, Than with Liz with her exceptional knowledge of skincare and treatments. I first came in after being referred by a very good friend, intending to purchase one product. Instead, Liz took the time to talk with me, learn about my needs, and educate me on what was truly right for my skin especially at age 57, having never had a solid skincare routine. She didn’t try to sell me something on the spot; instead, she encouraged me to save my money and return when she ran a special for the treatment that would benefit me most. That spoke volumes about her integrity and genuine care for her clients. Now, six months later, I’ve just completed my last session in a series of three BBL and Moxi treatments. Liz also has me on the SkinBetter Science skincare routine, and the transformation has been incredible. I’ve referred four of my close friends, and they all love her just as much as I do! It’s never too late to start an amazing skincare routine. Liz takes the time to truly help you, NOT just take your money.
