This was my first Microneedling RF treatment and my first visit with Lelina, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease, taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions. While the treatment isn’t the most comfortable, Lelina’s calm presence and skill made it absolutely bearable. I’ve already signed up for a series and am so excited to see my results. At 52, I’m starting to notice loss of elasticity and volume, and I feel confident I’m in the best hands with Lelina guiding this journey.

I cannot say enough good things about Refined Looks! Lelina is beyond competent and knowledgeable about skincare, but she is also so warm and welcoming. You will leave with glowing skin and a full heart! If you are looking for more than a facial, Jessica and Mark are the best in the game. I trust them completely!

I’ve had wonderful results with Lelina for laser and IPL along with Jessica for Sculptra and Botox. They are both well-trained, experienced professionals and the facility is amazing.
