I had my surgery done with Dr Deal about 8 years ago and I was so pleased with the results so when I had an MRI showing one of the implants had an intracapsular rupture, I wanted no one other than Dr Deal to evaluate me and advise on whether to remove and replace or whatever since I was so happy with his original work. So far so good right? I called to make an appointment and after several calls and runaround, I had an in person appointment in Chattanooga with him. I work in Hiram and left work in time to make the almost 2 hour drive. When I was about 30 mins away, I called to say my GPS had me arriving about 15 mins late but I was on my way. I was met by puzzled ears who said someone was supposed to call me to cancel my appointment because Dr Deal had a scheduled surgery that day. I had driven 1.5 hours. I was so upset but what could I do. She apologized profusely and rescheduled me for a virtual visit with him about 2 weeks later. The day for my virtual appointment arrived. I called 10 mins before to confirm and it was confirmed. I was told everything was confirmed and they will call me once Dr deal was available she was running late from a surgery. Max 30 mins. No problem I thought. It happens!! I’m a physician myself so I patiently waited. One hour passed. Nothing. I called. I was told he would call shortly. I had my phone in hand and didn’t move as I anxiously waited for my appointment that was now 2 hours late. 3 hours passed, then 4. No call. I was so angry about how I was being treated. Not sure if he assumed I was not a paying client so disregarded my time. But they were wrong. I wanted to discuss maybe reducing implant size and see what else he recommended. Needless to say, I have been very disappointed with the practice this time around. It took me almost 3 months to write this review because I waited patiently to see if they would call and apologize but no one did. This is TERRIBLE service. I have called another plastic surgery group and I will never return to SSA or recommend any of my patients or friends to them.

I absolutely love going to SSABB. Camille is so wonderful! She is honest with you about what she thinks is best and right for your concerns. I fill extremely comfortable while there and everyone makes you feel welcome!! I recommend everyone I talk to about any treatment to Camille!

Great positive experience. All staff very welcoming and nice. I was very pleased with the expertise shown in my treatment. I am pleased that I have decided to come here for my need. Beautiful decor and my husband was very comfortable waiting in the nice relaxing room provided for that. Would highly recommend! Felicia is very experienced and easy to discuss treatment with. I had the Diva laser treatment. Will have 2 more to complete.

Everyone on the team was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The service was excellent, and I especially loved the relaxation room before treatment. It’s such a nice way to settle in before your appointment. Camille is the best. Already looking forward to my next visit.

I seen Camille for Botox and lip filler. She asked me what my goals were and the look I was going for. She truly listened and gave me exactly what I wanted! She created the cutest pout for me that I asked for and she did just THAT! 👏 she also fixed a mistake from my last injector. I LOVE my lips! I’m so glad I chose her as my new injector! She is SO adorable, sweet and very gentle! I did not bruise AT ALL. And I have always bruised with my previous injector. I also told her my concerns with hallow under eyes, and she recommended fat transfer to my eyes, that she has also got herself and it looks 10/10 on her! 🤩 I’m literally girl crushing! 🙈 She explained the process and the natural benefits from it. I felt like she was completely honest and wouldn’t give me something that is going to make worse results on me later on. So I’ll be reaching out Monday for a consult for the fat transfer to my under eyes, and a consult for breast augmentation or mommy makeover whichever I decide after consult!
