Wonderful experience! Walked in for my appointment and had some questions and Sara was on top of it ready to answer all the questions I had and even gave helpful advice as well! And even during treatment, made sure I was comfortable and informed me of why doing certain techniques just to keep me informed!

10 out of 10 I’d give it a 10. I love this place. It’s very clean. The other staff is very nice. Sara is amazing, she works with you on the time, good communication, she’s patient and she makes sure you’re comfortable, very sweet lady and does such a wonderful job!

I've been going to this location for about a year now, and they are consistently a delight. The office is always clean and welcoming, and the free water bottles are great when it's 100° outside. The staff are professional, kind and make sure you're as comfortable as having a high powered laser shot into your skin allows. They check on you periodically throughout the service, warn you for the extra painful bits, and even hand you a little stress ball to squeeze. I can't recommend Milan Laser enough, and I always bring up the North Shore location when I tell my friends.

Sara is a wonderful Nurse / laser expert at Milan. She has done 2 sessions for me recently, and both were quick, easy, and she is so friendly. Sara is great and I would be happy to get her as my provider every time!!
