The staff was very nice. What frustrates me so bad is that I called several times to see how much it would cost. Just for me to be told it would be $230 more than what they told me. That wasn’t even explained as a possibility over the phone. Don’t go here unless you have hundreds to spend unexpectedly. It’s wild they say they want to build trust with you and then not even be trustworthy with what you tell clients over the phone. Education people. You’re the professionals. Make your clients aware of what can happen. They didn’t even want to wait 10 minutes for me to fill out an online form to try and get a medical credit card. Took me 3 months to get into this place just to have THIS experience. Seems like it’s impossible to get your health under control with places like this. And yes this is with me having dental insurance. The lady that took my scans was great. The lady up front should learn to educate clients and set proper expectations ESPECIALLY if they call before hand to try and prevent this.

Very professional office. The whole process easy and enjoyable. From my first chat with reception to my cleaning and consultation with the Dr. and hygienist, everything thing top notch. Will return.

My four-year-old son and I had a check-up today. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. From the moment my son sat in Lisa’s chair, she made him feel completely at ease. She had the sweetest way of talking to him—using adorable names for all the dental tools and explaining everything in a calm, friendly voice. She spoke to him, not just about him, and treated him with so much respect and kindness. By the end of the appointment, he was beaming with confidence and actually excited to come back! My appointment with her was a few hours later, and I was just as impressed. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and professional. My teeth feel very clean, and the entire experience was so positive from the start with the receptionist to finish with the dentist. You can tell this team truly cares about their patients. We will absolutely be back, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I’ve been going here for 3 years now. Dr. Venza and staff are great. She doesn’t recommend things to be done that are not necessary and listens very well to patient concerns and questions. I also get to see her and some of the staff when they shop where I work at Costco too. They are a very good team.

I have been going to Dr. Venza for about two years and now my husband and children are all going to her as well. I think she has an excellent balance of friendliness and professionalism, she never pushes unnecessary procedures, she is very knowledgeable and her prices are more reasonable than some of the bigger practices in town. She and her hygienists do a great job of making sure you are comfortable and not in pain when you are in the chair. They make it easy to schedule or reschedule appointments. Plus her office gets great light and is in a really convenient North Shore location!
