Castle Dental - Chattanooga, TN (Airport Area)

Retainer made paper thin charged $150 for new one never owning the facts wasn’t made correctly top made thick to last but still don’t fit had many adjustments just paid $300 to get bar put in because they couldn’t fix the issue of my front teeth gapping back open ! I’m done wit this place very friendly people helpful fall short in areas and want fix problems without payment! I’m a transfer patient from California and the service is so different! They shouldn’t make retainers! I honestly think theses people are racist the way I was talked to and treated! I spent over $8000 with this company they need new staff people who don’t see color and do the job right!

My mom had outstanding care from beginning to end. We were put on an urgent need and able to arrive many days early. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly, the hygienist helped us with our special needs, and Dr.A was so professional and kind!

Dentist replaced a filling that I had fixed in May. Car accident on 9-3-25 knocked it out. They were very nice and got me in early as I had to have my dogs at vet due to them being in car with me. Had to go back next day to have a slight adjustment on filling. I have been going here since 2009 and they are exceptional.

First Visit: Very lovely, polite, and welcoming staff. As a new patient I felt comfortable and welcomed. They explained everything that needed to be done and how to go about it. I would give 5 stars, however, I did have to wait an extra 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was seen. Other than that it was a wonderful visit! (Edit) Second Visit: I wasn't seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment time. They apologized and were sincere, but if you have something to do afterwards it seems that this location is not the most time-friendly.

I recommend NO ONE goes to this office location EASTGATE. They are very rude and unprofessional. They have no respect for nobody's time. When i question the wait time the staff and doctor was nasty with there response. The exam room my mother was in was nasty. I decide to go to a new dental office and needed her x-rays and they wanted.to charge. me for x-rays that has already been paid for on her first visit. I have no plans on taking her back so why are they trying to keep her x-rays. This is robbery to double charge a patient. None of the other castle dental office charge for transferring x-rays to another dental office so why are they charging me for x-rays they will never use again because she is never returning. If they doing this ain't NO telling what else they are doing illegal. They should be rated a FAT ZERO AND SHUT DOWN BY THE HEATH DEPARTMENT for that nasty exam.room. Update So I returned to paid the fee they were asking for because I found a new dentist and these are the x-rays they sent the new dentist office. This is unbelievable. When I went to paid the fee the lady at the front desk try to charge me more for the x-rays than what was told to me on the phone until another lady in the office corrected her on what was told to me. I have called and try to reach the office manager but she seems to never be in or available.
