Emerald Dental: Paul R. Gardner, DDS

The initial consultation went well, the staff was very professional and friendly. I came back to get a full mouth extraction as I was getting dentures. I was a bit nervous of the procedure, but Dr. Gardner was pretty calming and everything went very well. There was a bit of a snag in the process of getting the dentures done that I was a bit upset about. Nothing too major, however, I have to say, that when Dr. Gardner became aware of the situation, he immediately reached out personally and resolved the issue. I recommend coming into Emerald Dental. Dr Gardner and his staff are very professional. Issues can happen anywhere, but I can confidently say that if one arises here, it will be dealt with promptly and professionally. Which really says something now a days.

The whole staff was kind and patient. Dr Gardner took the time to explain everything to me. He explained why I needed every filling and crown. He has my loyalty as a patient. He truly does care about his patients.

Visit was surprisingly well! I was apprehensive and had some bad anxiety about going to a new dentist but Dr Gardner was so nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. I thought I was coming in for a cleaning but instead they did a full regimen of Xrays and an assessment of my teeth. I've always had a bad phobia of dentist and mine retired after over 20 years of treating myself and my children. So I literally put off going to a dentist for several years. My son found Dr Gardner recently due to needing a dentist . He hadnt been to a dentist in years, and he was highly pleased with him. So he recommended I give Emerald Denistry a try. Dr Gardner made me feel very comfortable and discussed some options for for my future care. So far I can say it went well.

I had some extractions today and will be following up for a bridge soon. The staff at Emerald are wonderful! They make you feel like family and not just another patient. They have always gone above and beyond to keep me updated on the cost of everything and explain things in detail. Dr. Gardner is great as well. Always making sure I’m comfortable and not in any pain during procedures. I’m glad I finally found a dentist office that has my best interest at heart. This office is well worth my hour drive for an office visit!

Dr Gardner and his office do a fantastic job. I had a pretty bad problem with my teeth,I think it was 16 extractions in 1 visit. Is that a record? I walked away so he must be a great surgeon!
