Everyone on the staff is amazing! The front desk, every tech, the schedulers, the insurance specialists, and of course the dentists, Joe and Ken, go above and beyond to ensure that each patient is treated like an old family friend! My entire family has seen Dr Ken Randall for years, we even changed insurances to ensure they would still be in network! Recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Wonderful experience at Tennessee River Dental! Dr. Julian and Kayla were kind and helped put my nervous mind at ease. Their up to date technology made investigating the best course of action quick, and Dr. Julian explained exactly what he was looking at so I understood what was going on. When it turned out I needed a root canal from a broken tooth the got me seen by a wonderful endodontist, Dr Kevin Bryant. I would give them 10 stars if I could, which is saying a lot coming from someone who is usually anxious at the dentist!

Such a pleasant visit! I could tell the staff cared about making me feel comfortable. The hygienist did a great job with walking me through what she’d be doing before she did it and regularly checking in with me to make sure I was okay. Dr. Julian had a warm demeanor and took the time to walk me through my dental photos and simply explain things while leaving room for questions. Highly recommend!

Monica was excellent as my hygienist. She is great at reading clues for when I needed a break, as my allergies were active. Perfect amount of conversation. I haven’t yet seen Dr. Randall for procedures, however he has been informative and has a great vibe.

Lots of smiles, caring staff and exceptional care! From the moment you walk through the door you are glad to be there. Dr Randall and Dr Julian are the BEST and always put me at ease, as well as the rest of the staff. Bailey rocks!
