I went for my first visit, actually first dental appointment in 5 years due to not having the insurance. They were incredibly nice, didn’t shame me in any way. Laid everything out for me, concerning next steps and cost. I will definitely be going back for future visits. Also I appreciated the bedside manner of Dr. Drake. Very respectful.

If I could give 10 stats I would. Had my appointment with Dr. Drake today after not going to a dentist in about 10 years. I was dreading it, but they made it so easy. Got text reminders which helped me not flake out, and when I got there the office had a welcoming cozy vibe. The person who took the xrays was gentle and thorough. The whole visit was top tier start to finish, but what really got me was that nobody made me feel bad about the shape my teeth were in. Dr. Drake explained what needed to happen, and that was it. No lecture, no guilt, just "okay, let's get you fixed up." The front desk broke down the cost estimates for the work I'll need before I left so I'll know what to expect. The whole staff was kind, Dr. Drake actually took time to explain things, and I never felt rushed. 10/10 recommend.

Great experience! Usually I leave the dentist with a sore mouth and bloody gums, but they were very attentive and gentle and you can really tell they care about what they do. They also made sure I was aware of any costs with my insurance beforehand. LOVE this place and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

My wife and I just moved to Chattanooga and had a great first trip to this dentist. The staff were friendly, and Dr. Drake was very knowledgeable. She identified an issue which my prior dentist had swept under the rug and the specialist she referred me to will likely save me a lot of potential pain down the road.
