Office is very modern and clean. They were able to accommodate an appointment for me at short notice. Staff was Friendly and professional! The hygienist was very gentle and thorough and Dr. Parkerson’s check up was great. She helped me feel at ease with the treatment that is needed. I’m happy to return for a new crown.

I’ve bounced around to more dentists than I can count, and I can finally say I found my place at Chattanooga Dental Arts. Their Invisalign special is what initially brought me in, but the people are what made me stay. From the second you walk in, the team is warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. The hygienist is an absolute gem, she has the best stories, the sweetest energy, and is such a real human. (Seriously, ask her about her travels to Paris.) The whole office just feels cool, welcoming, and professional. And can we talk about their current special? $89 for a cleaning, exam, and X-rays without dental insurance. That’s huge. Dental care can be wildly expensive without coverage, and offering something like that feels like such a thoughtful way to give back, especially when so many people are trying to make their budgets stretch. Truly couldn’t recommend a better team. Grateful I found them. 💛

Had such a great experience here! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and the staff here is very understanding and accommodating. Maddie the hygienist was comforting and fantastic. Dr. Parkerson was as well! She went over a treatment plan with me and explained everything perfectly. She helped relieve some of the worry and anxiety I had about visits to come. I'm so glad I came here. I had been looking for a new dentist and I couldn't be happier with this one. Also, Josie is great. She goes over the expenses with you and shows you the breakdown of costs. They also offer payment plans if needed.

I had a great experience at my recent new patient exam. Loved the comfort menu of things I could choose from while in the chair. Defiantly nice being able to submit all my paperwork and insurance cards prior to appointment. Dr. Jancy is very knowledgeable and I look forward to going back for my next appointment.
