The nurses and scheduling staff are the best! However, their billing department is a nightmare to work with. They hadn’t sent me a bill for 5 infusion services so I got a huge bill after 9 months. I, again, have not received a bill for 4 infusion services and I contact them every month for an update. They say they have sent claims to my insurance and my insurance says they haven’t received a single claim from them. I asked option care to contact my insurance to coordinate and they refuse to do their due diligence and contact my insurance. Instead they told me to call my insurance and have my insurance call them. They don’t have anybody to talk to that speaks English as their first language and there is always a language barrier. I came to option care years ago and never had a problem with billing. I will be switching infusion centers ASAP due to their billing department. Update: One month after writing this review I got an EOB from my insurance that the claims were taken care of. I just received another EOB, 2 months after the original review, with two more charges for the same date of service. I was charged 3 times for the same date of service and description of service. And one of those charges was over $25,000. That is a $23,000 increase from my last infusion cost. Something is extremely off within this billing department. I am now unable to access my option care patient portal to see what is being charged and I haven’t received any bills by email or mail for months. I am waiting to hear back from Customer Feedback and this will hopefully get resolved. If you choose to go to Option Care please know what your insurance covers, the cost of your medication and look at your EOB’s very carefully! Luckily I save all of my EOB’s to compare.

OptionCare is the best health care provider I have EVER dealt with! Each and every person that works there is amazingly professional and truly darling to work with. They call me to remind me of my delivery of my product & also spend time asking me how I am doing on this medication & what else they can do for me. They genuinely care and are sincere in the way they handle my deliveries~ they are on top of it! I truly adore hearing from them and know them by their first names. A wonderful crew!

I had IV antibiotics in Feb 2023. The staff is great and George was fantastic. However, I was required to pay $991 up front because of deductible/out of pocket reasons. Once all the claims were taken care of, my responsibility was $0. Insurance didn't pay $200 and they are refusing to reimburse me the $991 even though I'm not responsible. I have spoken to this office several times and spoken with the finance department more times than I can count. I filed a fraud case with my insurance last week. Not sure what else to do but warn everyone. I have contacted an attorney. He said to file a case in small claims court if I don't receive my money in 2 weeks. He is versed in insurance and said without a doubt this in insurance fraud.

The optional care they came to the hospital and showed me how to do my infusion therapy did a really good job on teaching me how to do everything so when I got home I did the infusion therapy and no problems doing it you did it just like she said she was great friendly and had a real good attitude I like her so my experience was good great what more could ask for I knew how to do the infusion setup because she taught me well

My daughter has been deceased for over a year and I AM STILL RECEIVING A BILL for her because she was under hospice care and staying at my house when she passes away! I have called this company 7 times in the last year AND sent the bill back with deceased on the envelope and nothing has worked with this company!! If you are looking for compassion don’t use them!!! How can a mother get past the grief of you are still getting a monthly bill? Just write it off already!!
