An absolute gem in Reno. From the moment we walked in, the owner made us feel completely welcome and gave us a full tour so we knew exactly what to expect. The sauna is stunning, truly state-of-the-art, very spacious and the two cold plunge options are perfect for contrast therapy depending on what you need. The whole space feels calming, clean, and inviting. I left feeling genuinely rejuvenated, with less stress and noticeably less inflammation. It’s also very reasonably priced for the quality of the experience. If you’re looking for a homeopathic approach to easing muscle soreness, stress, or inflammation, this is the place. I can’t wait to go back and recommend it to anyone considering trying sauna and cold plunge therapy. Five stars all around!

I absolutely love my experiences at ReJuuv-N! Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely recharged, both during the session and especially afterward. The staff is incredibly helpful, supportive, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The environment is so thoughtfully created, with extras like small exercises, yoga, sound baths, and hot tea that make it feel like a full wellness experience rather than just a cold plunge and sauna session. The entire atmosphere is unique, joyful, and truly restorative. Beyond just feeling great in the moment, I’ve noticed real benefits for both my muscles and my mental well-being. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived!

The sauna was amazing properly hot 190 degrees. It had dual heaters dual plunge cold plunges with water filtered in the shower. I’m a avid sauna enthusiast and would highly recommend this place.

This was such a lovely experience! We had the privilege of meeting the owner Jess, she's warm, personable, and gave us some great tips for the rest of our visit to Reno. There's a real sense of community at this sauna. Also if you've never tried a cold plunge after a sauna please grant yourself this! I love the heat and avoid the cold but the cold plunge was oddly euphoric for me....well after. The facility is clean, the people are great, and you will leave feeling better than you came

I heard of Rejuuv-n after a Yelp elite event. I enjoyed it so much that I got a membership for $50 a month which included 2 sessions per month and the option to bring 1 guest with you one of the two sessions. There is plenty of parking, and they text you the door code in case it is locked. It is very easy to book a session on the app. However, there is no option to add the guest without them paying. Pahco was very quick and responsive to my email regarding this situation. He stated we can just text or email them when we bring a guest until they switch over to the new app. The first time I came in, it was confusing where to find their place, but Jessica was kind enough to show us. Once inside, Jessica/Pahco greets you and made me feel very welcomed. There are lockers, two changing areas, and two showers available. They have small towels to sit on when in the sauna and slippers. I wish they have towels in the future because I would like the option of not bringing so much stuff with me. There is an open shower for quick rinses before you get into the sauna and cold plunges. There are timers in the sauna and in the cold plunge areas so you know how long you are there for. I like how hot the sauna gets which is more than other places in town. The cold plunge has two options of 40 or 52 degrees Fahrenheit. I have been able to slowly work my way up to 3 minutes in the cold plunge and it feels very nice after the sauna. While resting in the lounge area, there are motivation books to read and water/tea. They also recommend bringing your own water. It would be nice if they had available light snacks like trail mix or flavored water like other spa/saunas in town. When you are finished with your 2-hour session, it is nice to shower, but only one of the two private showers have towels. There is only one toilet. Overall, I am glad I got to experience the contrast therapy because it has helped a lot with my back and nerve pain after 3 sessions. I look forward to seeing their business grow so more people get to have this experience and see the benefits. It is good place to relax after a work week.
