My journey with VOW Wellness has been a window into what my mind and body have been needing so badly! Thank you Lanette and the roXiva light and sound frequencies! It has released my sense of calm and awareness of myself! I look forward to more of what the journey reveals!

Loved the atmosphere! The Renew, very relaxing 😌 I would have preferred the "sound bath" meditation 🧘‍♀️ music 🎶 It was a great experience. Look for to returning.

I get a complete re-set in my mind, body and spirit every time! I am a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and am used to doing hands on healing techniques. Vow's technology is cutting edge because it is like weeks of therapy in one hour. One is able to re-program your brain and release old pain patterns utilizing a combination of LED light and audio programs that are tailored to you specifically by Vow's Health Consultant. She is amazing! You don't have to re-traumatized yourself by recounting your old story, you can just release it and fill it with a new, positive frequency.

I've been coming to VOW Wellness & The Shot Spot for over a year, and I am so happy with the treatments they offer. I've received B12 shots as well as custom-designed shots, both of which have significantly contributed to my overall well-being. In addition to the shots, I've also experienced a range of other treatments, including ozone sauna, infrared sauna, cellular reset through red light therapy, biofeedback, and hand and foot detox. The Shot Spot is amazing! The B12 shots are just the beginning. I really enjoyed the ozone and far infrared saunas and the near infrared pads. My last visit I had the light treatments too. a true boost to my well-being! Thank you, Lanette!
