Ice Box Post Murph, and I need a recovery treatment. Ice Box was suggested by my wife. Thought why not, gave it a try and I was thankful I did. Andrea (Owner) was a delight to talk with about available packages, first timer promotions, and what the over all experience would be like. She did a great job! Eric and Grace were, what we assumed as her associates, and they warmly welcomed us as we entered. Eric checked us in and got us situated for our first Cryo! It was amazing! So much we came back later and did it again. We also did a couple enhancers. My wife did the localization treatment and leg compressions. Both times Grace worked on her and had nothing but nice things to say. The over treatment was good, and very relaxing. As for myself, I did a red light treatment and leg compressions. Both Eric and Grace helped me with this and again did great. The over treatment was very relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, the treatments were great, customer service was top notch, and the facilities were clean! The only complaint we would have is the website, which isn’t ran by the location, but by corporate. It was clunky and had troubles when trying to sign in and schedule appointments. However, Andrea made up for all of this. Looking forward to our next treatments!

It was my first visit for a full body cryotherapy session. Melinda was super helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. I can't wait for my next session! The facility is very clean and organized. Everyone I interacted with today was extremely friendly.

If you haven’t been into Icebox you’re missing out! I was blown away by all of it! Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining all the different treatments and benefits relating to each. The facility itself is immaculate-very clean and inviting! For my first visit I did a full body cryo-session and compression boots(different treatments pending why you are going/results desired). I’ve done cryo before, but nothing compares to their Everest-WOW! From the temp to the tunes(yes you even get music during your sessions), everything was great! Highly recommend giving it a try. My body feels so good-thank you!!

Bernadette's great attention to detail and professionalism made me feel comfortable and pampered. In addition to that I left feeling that my skin was clearer, brighter and well rejuvenated. I'm so grateful to have found someone who genuinely cares about my skin health and takes such pride in her work. The experience I had was well worth it and I will be making further appointments with her.
