Booked an appointment that was over $80. I have used this school for services in Naperville and was impressed with the services I recieved. I was excited to see that they had a Reno location. I needed to amend my appointment several days in advance. Called more than 10 times over 4 days. The number provided said "Voicemail is full" and hung up on me every time. Spoke to a woman at the call center several times and she was very understanding and said she had left them several notes to call me back. 4 days of calls and I could not get in touch with anyone from this school. Nobody returned any of my calls either. They charge you for not canceling 24 hours in advance. Ended up having to cancel an appointment I was looking forward to simply because the school is completely unreachable. If they dont care enough to return calls then I dont trust them with my skin.

I got serviced by Bailee Forgette. She waxed my armpits. Leaving them looking smooth like a baby butt. She also did a back facial for me. Leaving my back feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Bailee!

Recieved a facial from Julie, a student there at G-skin. It was great very relaxing! Skin felt nice and rejuvenated massage was included that was fabulous too. While checking in I spoke with Nancy one of the instructors.. she was just lovely. Seems passionate about skincare and teaching what she knows to future aestheticians.. overall a great experience!

Belinda is amazing! If I could give her more stars I would! She is gentle, explains the process, makes sure you’re comfortable and just very sweet over all person the service and treatment was excellent! My face feels so so fresh and clean! Will definitely set up another appointment soon! 🩵

Julie was phenomenal! Very relaxed and enjoyable appt, the time flew by. She explained the products and did a fabulous message while performing the skin care treatment. I would say if you can come in - DO IT!!!!!
