From the check in process all the way to the end of the appointment a positive experience. Scheduling was super easy. Online check in was very user friendly. No wait time. Dr. Hammond was not only extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, but very personable as well. It is nice to see he truly has a passion for his work. All around wonderful office and I highly recommend!

Dr. Brad is the best! He is very knowledgeable and has skills for days. I had to have a few things removed. He made the appointment fun and did a great job. I have had experiences at other offices that left me with hair loss and scaring.. that is not the case with Dr Brad!! He is great with the kids as well. They actually look forward to seeing him. We would give him 10 stars if we could.

Receptionist staff is friendly, professional and personable! The Medical Assistant was helpful and made me feel comfortable, and gave me a heads up that the doctor would be right in. Katie Manno was professional, thorough in her exam, answered my questions, and informed me on her findings! Five star service from beginning to end of appointment!

There isn’t any other better place in Reno, Nevada then the skin cancer and dermatology Institute. They have the best doctors and best staff of any medical facility in the area. My doctor Dr. Brad Hammond is fantastic. The experience and knowledge that he demonstrates is outstanding. he is compassionate caring and extremely knowledgeable in his chosen profession from the time you walk in to the time you leave everyone and I do mean everyone is professional, courteous knowledgeable. I can’t thank them enough for what they do for me. Not only do they treat my condition, but I walk out feeling great knowing that these people look out for me. if you need doctors that work in Skin cancer and Dermatology this is the place to be. I know that you’ll be extremely satisfied with their knowledgeable work performance.

Dr. Katie Manno MD is thorough in her exam. She explains everything as she goes along.Dr. Manno makes one feel comfortable and reassured. The office staff is pleasant and professional. Questions always answered.
