I’m so pleased Dr. Alex Vogt was very thorough, took his time to look at my history and I feel like I’m in good hands. I’m already scheduled for injections and x-rays and current MRI’s so we can start fresh with all the new imaging and other diagnosis that I’ve recently been diagnosed with! I’m feeling more optimistic about my daily routine becoming something that doesn’t feel like climbing Mt Kenya! Really looking forward to being able to function like a normal human being again!

I recently visited Nevada Advanced Pain Specialists in Carson City, and I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, polite, and attentive to every concern I had. The office and building themselves are very clean, upscale, and aesthetically pleasing, which immediately set a positive tone. What stood out the most to me was the level of professionalism and care from the medical team. They took the time to thoroughly assess my injuries, not just from a physical standpoint, but also considering the mental and psychological impact that ongoing pain can have. It made me feel seen, heard, and truly supported. It was refreshing to feel like I wasn’t just at another clinic handing out medication. Instead, I felt like I was in the hands of capable, compassionate professionals who genuinely want to partner with me in getting rehabilitated and helping my body heal to its fullest potential. I left feeling hopeful, encouraged, and confident in the care I’m receiving. I’m excited about the plan they have for me and grateful for the level of attention and respect they showed. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking comprehensive and thoughtful pain management.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Jill and Nurse Annie at the Nevada Advanced Pain Specialists office in Sparks. Not sure what the result of that will be quite yet but I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by the actual amount of time that both Dr. Jill and Nurse Annie spent with me. Dr. Jill went through some options for my pain relief that no other Doctor even mentioned. I'm talking multiple Doctor's, Nurse Practioners for over the 20 years I've been dealing with various ailments. (It's not my age that messed me up, but the mileage) Anyway, again, still not sure what the future holds but just wanted to give a kudos to both Doctor and Nurse from an old man that has been dealing with major medical issues, numerous Doctors, Specialists, Nurses, PA's, etc. across multiple states, hospitals, and clinics, over the last 20 + years and none, not one, made me feel like they actually cared. Like I was the only patient they had this morning.. (Even though the waiting room was filling up) Like I said, time will tell what the future holds but if first impressions are any indication, for once I feel actual hope movong forward. Time is the greatest gift one can give. Thanks for that. As I was leaving to my truck, I realized I was actually feeling better based on nothing more than their kind words, consideration, and, of course, their valuable time. Thanks again. Best Regards.
