Dr Rajimand is excellent. She is attentive, thorough, and genuinely invested in understanding my symptoms and concerns. She ran appropriate labs, reviewed them with me in detail, and provided several thoughtful treatment options. It’s rare to find a provider who combines clinical expertise with such compassionate listening. My teenage daughter has also seen her and felt heard and understood. 5 stars without hesitation.

Dr. Ernst was excellent — kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the care she provided. However, the front desk and office staff experience was unacceptable. We never received the new patient forms that were supposed to be emailed to us. After confirming by text, we arrived early specifically to complete the paperwork in the office. Despite this, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive, stating that we “only had 10 minutes” to complete the forms. We completed everything within 8 minutes, making the comment unnecessary and inappropriate. Additionally, we were charged a $50 copay without any explanation or prior notice. Our insurance company later confirmed that this was a preventive care visit that should have been covered at 100%. No one explained what the $50 charge was for, and we were not informed of it at the time of the visit. Dr. Ernst provided excellent care, but the front desk conduct and billing practices seriously detract from the overall experience and need immediate improvement.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ernst for about 2 years now. I’ve never felt more heard and supported by a healthcare professional. With perimenopause, comes a roller coaster of symptoms and she’s helped me navigate it. She’s just a wonderful Dr, and more importantly, human being. I love this office and everything they represent. I’ve sent several women to see her and they all love her equally. Her staff is incredible as well. Thank you Dr. Ernst for being a guiding light for so many of us. You are so appreciated!

I will start with the positives. The office is a very welcoming and inviting space. I loved the thoughtful robes in the rooms rather than a typical medical gown. I loved the concept of FEM having all woman's wellness in one place thus apart of what drew me into the practice. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about the care and after reading reviews after my negative experience it seems this is a reoccurring problem. I was a patient of Dr.Ersnt. Upon becoming a patient I expressed that I was looking for a Dr. whom could get me in for appointments quickly when needed due to my ongoing Endo flare ups. She reassured me that it would not be a problem. Fast forward to my worst flare up it was a MAJOR problem. I went into the ER in August due to a ruptured cyst and the ER DR suggested a follow up visit with my OB due to another present cyst found on their scan. I called the office to make this appointment and they could only get me in a month out despite my ER visit. During this appointment she requested an ultrasound which was preformed but WEEKS went by and I never received a call to discuss the results until I called the office to see if she had received the report (which I already had a week after my ultrasound on my patient portal). Then came my annual visit in December. Dr. Ernst did the standard exam and I expressed my ongoing concerns of my pain in my left side which was at about a level 6 at this time. She had complete forgot about my ER visit and even forgot that I had a recent ultrasound. This was alarming and made me feel like a number to her rather than a patient. She requested another ultra sound in 6MONTHS despite my pain level and during my exam expressed " it must not be that bad because you don't seem uncomfortable." I felt completely dismissed and unheard. A week went by and my pain amplified to the point I went to urgent care to get an ultrasound. For some reason the office and the urgent care could not get on the same page to send over my results over for weeks despite my efforts and talking to the medical assistant at FEM expressing the urgency due to my ongoing increasing pain. I attempted to make an appointment with Dr. Ersnt during this time but was told her soonest appointment was THREE MONTHS out. After pushing the front desk to be seen they made an appointment with a NP all to call and cancel the appointment the day of ( not uncommon according to reviews). You would think good patient care would entail seeing a patient whom is in ongoing growing acute pain within two weeks at the latest OR even just a phone call to let them know you hear their concerns and are trying to accommodate but Dr. Ernst couldn't have cared less until I called to have my records moved over to a new Dr. In the time frame Dr. Ernst would've been able to see me as her established patient ( three months) I was able to make not only one appointment with a new OBGYN but I had appointments at three practices. I have had it with Drs whom don't give a damn and was not going to settle for anything but extraordinary patient care. My now OBGYN is a god sent. She has over 30 years in the field and still finds time to PICK UP THE PHONE and talk to her patients. Long story, LADIES you DESERVE a Doctor whom makes you feel heard and taken care of. Not dismissed or just another number. There are MANY doctors out there who will take the time to help you where ever you are in your health journey. Advocate for yourself and don't settle. I think one of the biggest disappointments with my experience at FEM is coming to a woman owned and centered practice and being completely dismissed as another woman.

I am happy to have found a women’s health provider who is willing to listen without judgment. Dr. Ernst really gave me a chance to discuss the physical and mental challenges of perimenopause. Her time and willingness to listen was a gift. I trust she will help me navigate the physical and mental challenges of aging well.
