Reversible Ink Tattoo Removal

How are these people in business is the real question. I call fir a quote, She quotes me a proce based on measurements. I begin to tell her, she cuts me iff and says I'm sorry, were really nit set up to do yaroo removals andbi don't have a referral for you either.

I had to wait 3 weeks to let the area I want to start the removal process on to stay out of the tanning bed. So I had an appointment set up for September 6th @ 2:45 pm. I got there a few minutes early and called and no one answered. I stayed until about 3:15, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and called multiple times and no one answered. It's now Saturday since and has been almost a week and still have had no one return my calls or email to reschedule. Now I have to find another place to go to that I can feel like I can trust with my tattoo removal process that should've been started by now. I'm highly frustrated and disappointed.

Had my 8th treatment scheduled on 8/31 @ 3:00. We showed up a bit early and 15 min passed 3 no one showed up . I called the phone number on the door , went right to voicemail so I left a message . I also sent a text with no response . We decided to leave since it was now almost 30 min past my appointment time . I decided to call one more time and Jessica answered . She told me Mandy who does my treatments wasn’t around but she would do my treatment @ 6:00pm. Ok so I rescheduled the rest of my day to come back by 6 . We start heading back to reversible Ink and get a call from Jessica @ 5:34 asking how close we are . I said close , coming from Spanish springs , she said ok she would wait. Um ok so she told me 6:00 not 5:30 . She calls again @ 5:44 saying she didn’t know the gym closed @ 6 on Sundays and she didn’t have the laser key or door key to get out of the building . Funny how she had no idea her place of employment closed at 6 and no key to operate the laser . We were pulling into the parking lot and walking in and she had left already at 5:47. My treatment takes less than 5 min and we would have been done by 6 , the nice kid at front desk said he would wait for us to leave to lock up . I asked him on our way up . Super rude of her to waste my time , gas , and numbing cream not once but twice in one day . Never got an apology or phone call back . I never seen a business not want customers . Wouldn’t recommend this place if this is how they are gonna treat people . Don’t be fooled like I was .

Had a horrible tattoo removed thanks too the girls at Reno reversible!! They quickly got that ugly thing removed it was quick, comfortable, and professional. I definitely recommended for anyone looking to get a tattoo removed it’s affordable and Caitlin was super nice and explains everything thoroughly!

I went twice to get my tattoo removed and it went well. On the third appointment, they never showed and didn't respond to any of my calls or texts. Still haven't heard from them (over a month later) and so I've taken my business elsewhere.
